re:Beauté | CircleDNA test – prevention is better than cure

The long awaited @circledna analysis is back.

Let me highlight some of the interesting parts with you all. (Swipe to see some of my DNA test results)

I used to have a balanced diet and turnout this is an optimal diet for me. It’s quite amazing that the analysis can tell I am highly sensitive to alcohol too and that’s why I’ll easily get a red, blushed face right after consuming alcohol.

Now I fully understand that I was born to love food as I have a relatively lower appetite control and have an addiction to food. So having a good meal will certainly make my day

It’s never too late to discover our potential talent as we can always strive to be better. I’m actually talented in music & dancing . That’s incredible

Surprisingly, even if we’re born in the Asian countries, our ancestry composition is still very complicated. I just realised that my ancestry is a mixture of Southern Han Chinese, Southern Minority, Northern Han Chinese, Western Minority the most amazing part is > 8% of Vietnamese.

To learn more about myself in a scientific way was absolutely an exciting experience. With the blueprints on hand, I’m sure we can carry out a better prevention of potential disease and live our life to the fullest.
